respecting history
Rooted in history and growing toward the future, Seabrook Square reflects the evolving spirit of East Austin. Two historic oak trees will be thoughtfully relocated to the community, creating shaded gathering spaces that honor the area’s past while shaping a vibrant place to come together. As East Austin continues its revitalization, Seabrook Square offers a fresh perspective on affordable living—one that values creativity, culture, and connection.

Where Legacy and Creativity Meet
Artist Spaces
Our community features a select group of floor plans designed as live/work spaces for local artists. Each apartment home includes a first-floor entry with a dedicated studio space, making it easy to display your art and welcome clients and customers.
Built On History
Seabrook Square is named in honor of J.J. Seabrook, a respected educator, pastor, and community leader whose legacy reflects the values of service, education, and connection. In the same spirit, two historic oak trees have been thoughtfully relocated to the community, preserving living pieces of the area’s history. Together, these elements reflect Seabrook Square’s commitment to respecting the past while creating a vibrant, welcoming place for today and future generations.
